COVID COMPLAINTS

I have no place to go during Covid.

So I have taken to wearing

my diamond stud

earrings around the house.

I can’t wait 

to be able to dress up again

and have a place to go,

a real destination,

one beside the grocery store or

the pharmacy.

Once the 

pen-DAMN-ICK

is over, God Willing,

I will happily travel to 

BOSTON

DENVER

NYC

Rome Florence or anywhere else in ITALIA 

or who knows maybe Morocco or

even

India or

Iran.

I yearn just to get away,

I yearn to say,

“I can go anywhere

I want today

without a fucking mask.”

That’s not too much

to ask,

is it?

Right now, I will

be happy to get

the vaccine.
